Exchange Policy — CHAANA We aim to make exchanges simple, fair, and respectful of your time. Eligibility • Exchanges are accepted within 7 working days from the date of purchase or delivery. • Sale or special offer items are not eligible for exchange. • Already exchanged items cannot be exchanged again. How to Request an Exchange 1. Message us via the same platform you used to place your order (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp) and state the item(s) you wish to exchange. 2. For web orders, WhatsApp: 0763025656, and include your order number and reason for exchange. 3. Our Exchange Team will review your request and reply with the next steps. Return Shipping • For a smooth process, please use the courier service arranged by CHAANA. • If you request a rider pickup, an additional charge of Rs. 400 will apply, in addition to the standard delivery fee. • After dispatching the return, please share a photo of the postal/courier receipt via the same messaging channel within 2–3 working days. Processing the Exchange • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and arrange delivery of the replacement item. • If the replacement item is higher in price, you will be asked to pay the difference. • If the replacement item is lower in price, the balance will not be refunded; it will be credited toward your next purchase. • A delivery fee will apply to send the exchanged item to you. Important Notes • Exchanges reported after 10 days from delivery will generally not be accepted. • Exchanges reported after one month will not be processed under company policy. • Please ensure returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
